Start: maandag 12 januari om 09.30 uur. Taal: Nederlands of als er deelnemers zijn die geen Nederlands spreken, in het Engels.
After having my two children, I realized how easy it is to lose yourself. Two pregnancies, a new rhythm, a new body, a new feeling. As a mother, you often end up last, even though you deserve to be first.
I returned to myself. I rediscovered how deeply body, mind, and spirit are connected. One whole, constantly influencing each other, especially in the vulnerable postpartum period.
From this discovery grew my desire to create a space where mothers can land. A place to return to your core. A place to feel what you need. A place to strengthen your body while making room for rest, trust, and softness.
This led to my two courses. The first is for new mothers, together with their baby. You move slowly and restorative, rebuild connection, and reflect on this phase. The second is for
mothers further along in their journey, who want to regain strength and energy and carve out time for themselves.
Both courses combine movement, awareness, and connection. Small groups of maximum 6 moms, space for everything you feel. With my background in psychology and experience in Pilates, I create an environment that offers calm and builds strength. Mothers describe my classes as intense, healing, and empowering.
