Aerial yoga is a kind of yoga, where asana’s are practiced with a hammock that supports you in standing postures & balances, forward & backward bends and hip openers. Challenging postures can become more accessible and other postures more challenging, helping you to work deeper. The hammock gives you a massage, creates space in your spine and teaches you to let go.
It’s playful, you’re “flying”, it will take some excercise and trust.
We take it step by step during the classes and even without yoga experience, you can join in. Please wear a t-shirt with short sleeves to cover your arm pits.
