This course focuses on strength: regain physical power, restore energy, and stand confidently in your body. A warm, safe space with other mothers on a similar journey.
What to expect:
· Pilates exercises: slow, precise, and deep. Focus on strength, posture, and balance, with attention to breathing.
· Small group: maximum six mothers for personal guidance and space to move at your own pace.
· Reflection and connection: share experiences, explore boundaries, and find calm in a supportive environment.
· Extra tools: a Pilates ball and exercises for home to deepen your progress.
