Seasonal Soundbath sessions in the hammock will continue, next one Sep 27 at 19.30
Seasonal soundbath: group session. Through short gentle movement practice we tune in to the season of the year we are currently in, organs, meridians and topics governing that season. After that we surrender to a sound & silence created by different sound healing instruments (90 min.).
Costs group session € 25,00
You can book a private session:
1 on 1 session: sound and silence is central here. You lay on a massage couch and recieve an integral sound healing session from me (in between 60 and 90 min.).
