TEACHING FOCUS
With a passion for functional yoga I approach instructions as suggestions and love to give
students the opportunity to discover what works best for their unique set of bones.
The focus is to bring a student’s attention to what a pose feels like on the inside, to experience all of those things that cannot be named but must be felt.
More about my Teacher Training
Most of my over 450hrs teacher training I completed with long time students and assistants to Paul and Suzy Grilly, Marcel van de Vis Heil and the late Anat Geiger.
During their time running their yoga alliance registered yoga school under the name Yoga Garden.
My training at Yoga Den was with lead teacher Anna Scott Miller and Nicole Cuneaz.
Most recently I completed module one of The Aerial Yoga Fundamentals Teacher Training with Janneke van Amelsvoort and guest teacher Nanda Leenders.
With module two coming up in April and completing
the training with module three in June this year.
